Jamjii is committed to offering quality products. Our goal is to ensure that our products meet or exceed your expectations. If you aren't satisfied with the quality of your item, we'll replace the item or provide you with a refund.

You may request a replacement or refund within 30 days of your purchase by returning the unused portion of your product to Jamjii, 2043 South Bend Ave. #263, South Bend, IN. 46637 along with your order number. Should you have any additional questions regarding a return you can email us at info@jamjii.com with your, order number, date of arrival and reason that you're dissatisfied with the item. Or you can always call us at 800.891.6793.

Shipping

All orders over $39.99 are eligible for free shipping in the contiguous United States.

We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not be the same day as your order. Our coffee is roast to order so please add 2 business days to allow for processing time. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description. If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item, please contact us at info@jamjii.com with your questions.

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

Currently Jamjii does not ship internationally In certain situations we will make an exception. Please contact us at at info@jamjii.com should you require international shipping.
